Obi Cubana Life is all about getting back what you give out. Everyone has been shouting "we rise by lifting others" but its evidence was displayed last week on the funeral/carnival of  the late mother of a Nigerian socialite and chairman of Cubana Group; Obinna Iyiegbu  popularly known as Obi Cubana. After successfully laying his late mum to rest last weekend, i understood the importance of sharing your business ideas and also the power of always carrying everyone along in your transactions because one tree can never make a forest. His friends and business associates didn't just made history in the small town of Oba, in Anambra State, Nigeria but they came out to support him through out the one week funeral of his late mum Odoziaku and as well sent a strong positive message to the public which explained it better as "it's good to carry friends along." Obi was born 46 years ago in Oba and he had his primary school there before going to Dennis Memorial Grammar...

Nigerian Senior Basketball Team humiliated top ranked USA Team

D'Tigers of Nigeria   Nigerian senior Basketball Team known as D'Tigers shocked Number one ranked basketball team in the world, United States Of America  in their friendly encounter to check their readiness in the oncoming Olympic which starts in two weeks time.  Nigeria lost to USA at the 2012 London Olympic Games and USA is the current ranked Number 1 while Nigeria is ranked number 22 at the moment.  Nigerian Basketball coach, Mike Brown who is the Associate head Coach at the Golden State Warriors in NBA was named the 2009 coach of the year in NBA. The coach ensures that he has a close contact with Nigerian players plying their trade in the American leagues. Nigeria won USA Mike Brown bragged that his team is going to the Olympic to try to win, and the recent win against the top ranked USA who have previously won 3 gold medals in the Olympics simply shows that he was serious about going to the competition to try to win.
